Not necessarily. VT has a med program and hospital access. [/quote]
Do you mean Schiffert hospital? It has only 11 doctors.
Nice trolling. Schiffert is the health center for students. As you know.![]()
Actually I don’t. I’m trying to figure out what PO means by “hospital access@. UVA has its medical center. Is the hospital access the Carilion center in Roanoke?
"Hospital access" is much more important when you are in medical school or are a Doctor than it is when you are pre-med.

Schiffert is the VT campus health center. The Virginia Tech Carillion School of Medicine in Roanoke is the med school.
Correct, VT has two medical programs. Carillion and VCOM.
VCOM is a private college of osteopathic medicine. It is in Blacksburg but not part of Virginia Tech.
A medical option for VT students regardless.

It’s not a place where students get their hands held. However, professors are responsive, and study groups are prevalent. Requires some independence as a student. Many students continue to medical school, dental school, vet school and physician assistant programs.

It's actually "Polytechnic" which includes any applied sciences and businesses.

No, but you already knew that.
