Whenever you buy something, you should check it for expiration, damage, problems, etc. Doesn't matter if it food, medicines or plants.

Greedy food companies raised prices too high and people literally aren’t buying. And greedy grocery stores dont pay employees enough so they dont have enough staff to rotate stock.
Anonymous wrote:Even the non-perishables. I bought some Teddy Grahams at Giant, and as soon as I opened the package it smelled rancid. I checked the date and they had expired two months before. So there may be some truth to these dates, even though I know some food is fine past them.
BTW, I returned them to Giant and suggested they check the shelf for more expired boxes of them. But they didn't seem to really care.
