She has a 10 year old son, and they are expecting a kid. They been together since for over a year, and they will be having a kid in November.
This is odd.
Nothing about this is "odd".
What's odd is that you'd think it is.
Well, considering how most DCUM parents think 25 year olds aren't even ready to get engaged to single people their own age, a guy with undeveloped prefrontal cortex having a child with an older single mother of an elementary school boy certainly sounds odd not norm.

Few years is fine, 5+ is questionable, 10+ is a gamble. This goes for all genders.
No it isn’t.

You should have led with this OP. She had a baby at 19?
They are expecting a second child out of wedlock?
A 25 year old with a 10 year old and an infant?
There is no way this end well.
Relationships like that are very common outside of areas like this & among LMC folks.
And FYI, nobody cares about “wedlock” in 2023.

The horror!
Done clutching your pearls yet, pp?
Say what you want. If that was my kid I’d be incredibly disappointed. You can live your life divorced, estranged, broken families, step kids, second marriages, you do you if your lack of values makes you happy, carry on. But I hope my kid never meets dates or marries one of yours.
And?
