I’m the OP of the thread about whether to add a bathroom remodel to our bigger project. We were told about $20k to remodel keeping everything where it is and $30k if we move fixtures and add a new window. This is for an admittedly expensive design build firm.

We spent 14k in 2017. I would guess 20K for the same thing now

We just did the same project, but kept the vanity and toilet. Everything else was new (fixtures, floor, tile). All in with labor and materials we came in around $18k. It took about 3 weeks.

Depends on which route you take. If you go with any bathroom remodeling companies, a mid-grade update will cost 25-30K. If you are doing it yourself (buy materials and hire a contractor to do it) then probably 15-20K. We updated all our bathrooms and standard size bathroom costs 6K in labor.
