350 max for all groceries+everything else for 2 adults. This includes a monthly trip to Costco ($150). Aldi, Lidl, Asian supermarket only. Rarely eat out.

3 adults
3 kids (elementary and middle school ages)

$800 - $900, includes eating out/ordering in once a week (e.g., pizza, Mexican, etc.).

We shop at Aldis or Lidls. We spend the most money on produce. We don't have a lot of fridge/freezer or storage space so don't buy in bulk either. We do cook from scratch all the time mostly for health and allergy reasons but I guess that lowers the bill.

We are a family of four - two adults and a 6 year old and a 9 year old. I'd say that this year its probably around $900 a month, which includes groceries and meals out. I started doing about 90% of my grocery shopping at Aldi this year, which really helped cut our grocery spending by a LOT. Previously I shopped almost exclusively at Harris Teeter, and it was probably more like $1,300 a month.

Crazy how an adult needs $450/mo now. Just a few years ago as a single guy I budgeted 300 and felt good.

One adult, two little kids. Usually about $600/month at the grocery store (this includes diapers) and $200/month at the farmer’s market. $50/month eating out. I’m trying to get it down but also I like food and cooking.
