Depends on practice area. Kellogg Huber for appellate litigation. Covington and Burling for regulatory. Williams & Connolly for white-collar litigation.

True. DC’s very best and brightest are often not in biglaw at all. Especially SCOTUS litigators.


This Clement's firm is more prestigious to me than any of the biglaw firms

Depends on the practice area. FDA or FIG (in DC at least) Covington. Any lit, W&C.
