+1 Plus I think when a person has strong bone structure like she does (and Lea Michele, for example), removing the buccal fat looks really jarring and not great. Some of the more baby-faced celebs that have it done just seem more sophisticated/adult (still don't think it's necessary, but it's not uncanny valley when complete), but when you already have a strong nose/jawline, it's a really drastic look.
