Paying 25-50% more for the same house in Whitman or Churchill makes you less racist and a better person generally despite being more walled off from people who look different or come from different backgrounds.

Greenwood principal is terrible and the parents and teachers may pull a coup if she doesn’t slow her roll.

That being said, it is a nice community that is kid friendly. Impressed with Rosa Parks so far. I hear good things about Sherwood but am surprised it doesn't have more merit scholars and higher scores.
