I think he's doing stuff like this for the reaction at this point. After the "healthy daughter" post, which I truly think was just stupid and not malicious on his part, he became a darling of the White Men Are Never Wrong party, and as a couple they've leaned into the framing with her tradwife interviews and him comparing himself to Jesus in tweets. He knew this would draw a backlash and posted it for that reason, with just enough plausible deniability (shout out to ~ everybody else!~) to act surprised and victimised. He is promoting a movie and likely also positioning himself for some kind of political run in the next 5 years. Just don't give it any oxygen, it's the worst thing you could do to this false victimhood schtick.

I don't think anyone's said he hates them. I think what people feel is that he's erased them out of existence.

Yes. The appearance is that he canceled them. This is actually quite common when a man gets divorced and remarries, and has children in the new relationship.

I love threads like this because they remind me how low-brow DCUM generally is. It helps me take nasty comments on other things that actually matter in stride.
