I use those to sleep in.

A swimsuit and some shorts? A swimsuit and a coverup? This is the easiest possible scenario to “dress” for

On warmer days:

-Jersey racerback tank dresses. Michael Stars midis and a few other brands from Nordstrom Rack (some are a-line, some fitted). Will sometimes belt them. Worn with cute sneakers or a strappy flat sandals.

-Sleeveless linen tank, baggy shorts, strappy flat sandals.

-Pact cap sleeve dresses.

On slightly cooler days:

-High waist jeans with ribbed tanks tucked in, sneakers.

-Vuori or outdoor voices joggers with short sleeve madewell tees.

-Quince cardigan with either.

Daily: plain baseball cap or straw Panama hat, diamond studs, layered delicate gold necklaces and rings.

No uniform: what heresy. Each piece I have is distinct and unique.

Spring: mix of heavier cotton for chilly days and summer clothes. This morning I had super soft muslin trousers with a flowery jersey t-shirt, perfect for cooking my Mother’s Day meal.

Heat of summer: voile cotton because it’s the only thing I can tolerate. Dresses, tops, skirts. Looking for paperbag pants. Things that emphasize my high waist, that protect my shoulders from sunburn, and not too many bare legged things, because I’m a mosquito magnet and get huge welts for weeks. Mini skirts and shorts are for before or after mosquito season. This afternoon I switched to a voile cotton dress with a floor-length full skirt and high waist for an event.
