Eat with rice. I have a rice cooker to make rice ahead.

Can also do burrito bowls with leftover rotisserie chicken, beans, avocado, etc.

I have been wanting to try Poke bowls at home, so thanks for this reminder/ tip. I have been wondering where to get sashimi grade fish. What is H mart?

It’s a Korean supermarket with a great variety of produce and products for the Asian market. They have them in many metro areas. You can also use smoked salmon or cooked shrimp or tuna fish.

Make a big batch of quinoa and a batch of oatmeal. Customize whatever you want in it. As snack or meal.

I am doing a modified PBWF diet. I am precooking a lot of my meals so that I can warm and assemble in a hurry.
I normally eat -
- cooked sweet potatoes, chickpeas, chopped spinach, lemon juice and chaat masala.
- pan fried brocolli, cauliflower, mushrooms with raw cucumber, tomatos, tajin salt
- Zoodles with mazzetta sauce, pinenuts, garlic.
- Huge batch of tomato soup.

For folks doing Keto diet -
- yogurt
- cheese sticks
- hummus with veggies
- boiled eggs

Normally, I can take any commercial bowl or pasta dish and then load it up with as many grilled or sauted veggis, nuts and seeds, seasoning that I can. My aim is to double the quantity of the commercially bought bowl by adding salad, veggies, corn, nuts, seeds, some cheese and spices in it.

Cold sesame noodles are great for warmer months. You only need to cook noodles; while they're cooking, stir together the sauce and slice some veggies (or use pre shredded carrots/ whatever's easiest), toss together, serve at room temperature.

With tortilla chips with cheese melted on them in the microwave, or with a spoon with a cheese sandwich.

roast chicken from the deli, bread from the bakery, microwave a vegetable

Lean into the frozen section. There are lots of meals are precooked (Chinese, pasta, fajitas, etc.) that you just reheat in a skillet

chicken patties, grilled chicken strips, fish sticks are all frozen foods you can keep on hand. Add a frozen/canned vegetable, maybe vegetable soup, and you’ve got a meal. You can round it out with garlic toast, Hawaiian rolls, microwave quesadillas, etc. and some fruit

If you’re up to a little more effort, the Knorr packages are great.

Chicken/Creamy Chicken and rice packet, add a can of chicken, a can of mushrooms (drained). Serve with a vegetable.
Cheddar Broccoli rice packet, a can of chicken, and frozen broccoli
Butter and herb noodle packets with a can of tuna (drained) and frozen sugar snap peas

Keep an assortment of individual frozen dinners, canned soups/stews/chillis, and sandwich components on hand

Microwave a bag of mixed rice and veggies. Sauté two tilapia filets. Divide into two bowls, top w a big spoon of olive salad. My DD has loved this since she was a toddler.
