If you have a tight connection, tell the attendant before you land and they'll have the whole plane stay seated until you get out.
What do you mean by too tall to stand? If you have an aisle seat and are packed and ready to go, once the seatbelt sign is off, why don’t you stand up in the aisle next to your seat? It blocks the rude ones behind you and gives you a chance to move forward as soon as there’s space in front of you?

I standup right away to prevent people in the back from rushing the aisles. So rude. Why do you think you’re time is more important than someone else’s?
I stand up in hope to exit as soon as I can, but if you stand up and don’t walk when there’s space ahead of you - something’s wrong with you
People from the back of the plane try to rush to the front before the door is even open. I stand up and put my carry-on on the floor in front of me. That way the people in the front can actually leave the plane without some from the back blocking them in the aisle.
Anonymous wrote:Gross. You’re seriously coming here to announce that you’re one of the jerks barreling through everyone from the back of the plane? And pretending it’s the people taking turns who are the problem??
If you absolutely must be first off the plane then stop being such a cheapskate buying a coach ticket back by the lavatories. Pay up for first class. Though you’ll surely need to work on your manners, it’s a civilization up here.

Anonymous wrote:What are you talking about? This doesn’t happen. If someone is still sitting and the aisle is free, people walk. If the people in the rows ahead of you are up and waiting to exit, obviously people let them exit.
Anonymous wrote:It drives me bananas when people on airplanes insist on deboarding airplanes by row. All 6 people in row 3 have to depart before some Uber Polite Person in row 4 will move. I'm not against being polite and don't advocate for a mad dash pushing row 3 folks of the way. I mean waiting for a slowpoke in row 3 who hasn't even stood up yet to make his way finally to the aisle, meantime, the Uber Polite Person has held up 5 people behind him who were ready to hoof it off the plane and make a connection.
I never say anything because it seems so pushy. But seriously, Uber Polite Person, you are not actually being polite to the people behind you!
