I have a Caribbean vacation in six weeks and I really want to tone up my thighs particularly before then. I just don’t understand how I have been working my a$$ off (literally) for a month and things are looking more flabby than ever. Help me tone up in these next 6 weeks. Thanks!

Yea you can. I did it to my entire body. A massive transformation in 6 weeks to get ready for a photo shoot (I’m a “mature” model) I was already thin, but looked flabby. I probably would have been kicked off set has I arrived in the condition that I was in when they booked me.

It’s not “spot reducing.” It’s building muscle which will make her thighs slimmer, stronger, and make her feel more confident.
and one can not build muscle in 6 weeks especially if also in a deficit and trying to lose fat. if building muscle was that easy we'd all be ripped..lol

There is a lot you can do in 6 weeks if you're tracking calories and staying in a deficit.
First and foremost - stair master is your best friend. Works great for tightening up butt and thighs.
Cycling also great, especially riding out of the saddle.
You say you already do heavy legs 3x per week - are you targeting glutes? Specifically hip thrusts? If not, get those in the rotation ASAP. Overall glute exercises are great because most of them will work quads and hams as well.
Also try banded leg exercises like banded squats, lunges, side steps, leg raises etc. Can also do banded floor exercises like donkey kicks, fire hydrants, glute bridges etc.
Lastly try to get in 10-15K steps in every day. If you do all that and are watching your diet you should definitely be able to see a difference in 6 weeks.
