My child doesnt want to go back to school if this person continues as her math teacher.
I have plenty of documentation that this is a long term issue and I have communicated with the principal for 2 years. This time I reported to central office so who knows what they will do, if anything. I mean I know their only interested in covering their liability but Im not sure what form that will take.

We've had teachers retaliate so your fears are reasonable. Hopefully they can help your child switch teachers.

Good! Tell your child to never allow others to bully her and always report it!

The school actually did something! She is no longer in that class, homeroom etc. The gebser letter was the catalyst. Without it I think it would be empty promises but with it they had to actually show that they were taking action to prevent continued harassment. Now I just hope no one retaliates. All in all, I’m so happy my child sees how wrong it was and that it was acknowledged.

You or your attorney need to send a Gebser letter to the district. Google for info and a template.

Get her away from that teacher.
I say this as someone who was treated the same way before IEP's were much of a thing.
