Can you reach out to your provider to ask? Let them know and if needed see them jist to reassure you. Maybe something just got irritated I wouldn’t worry, but might like some professional advice if it persisted (as a bit of a worrier tbh.)

Today I have a throbbing, burning feeling in my right breast. Not unbearable but noticeable. Is this normal?

It happened to me the first time. Subsequent ones were not as painful.

I’ve only done one mammogram and, unless there’s something out of the ordinary, I don’t plan on getting another one. Am very low risk, and I don’t think radiation every year is a good idea in my case. I know others may disagree. That procedure is awful.

I have soreness pain the next day almost every time. I wear a 42ddd bra and one breast is so large they usually have to do it twice to get it all - so maybe that is why I am sore. They squeeze it down so hard and I have to twist to get it in the frame. I have had it done several different places and with many different operators.

Do you have very small breasts that required a lot manipulation to get the right views? I could see if there was a lot pulling on the breast it being sore today
