Not weird. Weird would be her asking you to visit for some PT. That would be inappropriate. This is not. She's clearly in pain and desperate for help.

He’s the one who still follows her on social media and looks at her content but she unfollowed him years ago? I don’t get the feelings she’s interested in rekindling things with OP…

Divorced 2004. Two contacts with my ex since the final hearing, at our daughter’s wedding later that year and in 2011 regarding an old medical bill which was hers but I paid it anyway.

I don’t think it’s that weird but I would just recommend a PT near her and move on. You don’t have to work for free.

Is this like an ex-wife, a long-term ex girlfriend, an ex you dated for a few months, or someone you, ahem, "saw" a few times?

Because for just about every single one but the wife one, it seems totally fine and normal and relevant to me.
