It is sad. I limit my time in Baltimore to just an occasional Orioles game. I’ve heard bad things about the Inner Harbor, but I haven’t been there for a few years. Whether true or not, sounds like Harborplace is shuttered. Harbor East, which I also haven’t been to in a couple years, always felt safe. PP, what’s not safe about Four Seasons/Harbor East area?

Then I would walk to Vaccarro's for dessert.
The O's game would be fun (it's a gorgeous park) but there's no good food to be had. So maybe watch an inning or two and then bounce?
Fun fact: Last week I walked from Penn Station to the Inner Harbor around midnight with a girlfriend. And I lived to tell the tale! Gasp.
