Subject: school for 2nd grade - mild special needs, mixed race child?
You should choose a Va school. I personally prefer Md, but that is a terrible commute.
If you really want to choose this area, even if there’s an African American ES principal, you have to look at what’s going on with the MS and HS with bullying.
Doesn’t sound like they have an IEP so you probably want a very diverse student body as a top factor, as you mentioned.
