Get real. While I generally do not agree with Justice Roberts' legal opinions and perspectives, I certainly consider his adoption of 2 children a good thing. No doubt, those children are lucky to have the Roberts as parents.

Two years of futility. Then, nine days after he was confirmed to the Supreme Court, an offer comes through! And, wouldn't you know, it's from the CEO of one of the nation's biggest law firms with a lot of business in front of the Supreme Court. Gorsuch disclosed the sale but left the identity of the purchaser blank.

I don't think he's as corrupt as Thomas though. And mystery still swirls around Kavanaugh and some of the debts he had that disappeared. I think Roberts is honest. And I don't have any reason to think Comey-Barrett has been bought. Alito is a hack through and through, so if something dirty came up about him, I wouldn't be at all surprised.

That isn’t the point though. Was the adoption done legally is the question
Personally I don't need Justices to have been pure as the driven snow for their entire lives. I could be convinced otherwise, but I think Roberts is personally honest. I think it's important to acknowledge that. Otherwise, the truly corrupt like Thomas and, it's looking like Gorsuch, can hide behind the idea that their political opponents are just crying "wolf."
And personally I think someone willing to “adopt” two children extra-judicially doesn’t meet the standard for “personally honest.” Not even a little bit. You can’t be a Supreme Court Justice and wink at the entire notion of the law if it suits your personal purposes.
Th OP linked to a story from a credible news outlet citing facts and evidence. If you don't have the same then kindly shut it.

Why would they outlaw adoption of Irish twins?

Oh, they are all corrupt in the left’s eyes. The goal is to get the majority back by false accusations. Standard playbook.
