Consider taking a Benadryl and try to sleep. You’re all keyed up and Benadryl will help calm you.
Keep your blood sugar level stable - eat some quality protein and eat a bit lighter. Hydrate.
Don’t drink any alcohol. It’s dehydrating and can make your blood glucose levels dip which can make you feel shakier and prone to another PA.

Be pre-emptive tomorrow. Take down-day, drink more water than you think you need to, sit out a ride or two, and re-set mentally that it's OK not to jam in XYZ.
