Anti abortion is a seriously losing position. Who wants candidates that lose? Everyone respects you choosing whatever reproductive decision works for you but the vast majority will actually not tolerate you forcing your personal medical views on other people. It is simply not your place. Either accept this and find some pro choice candidates or continue to lose elections.
