I cut them in half lengthwise so the strips don’t land on my cheeks. I am very fair so I use these strips at night, and hold any ice cube to the area to lesson the irritation.

Like you, I waited for her to raise it. I'm low-maintenance (like extremely low) when it comes to beauty stuff but she wanted to do something about it.
