Video? I don't see a mention of any video in the TMZ article posted above. The altercation was in a cab and she called the cops the next morning, according to that. Nothing about a video. Do you mean some video of his arrest--?
Cabs frequently record for safety. I imagine in NYC, the majority do.
Yes, according to his lawyer, they have video from inside the taxi, witnesses to the altercation, and the taxi driver statement and all support Majors...according to his lawyer.

It will be interesting to see what evidence comes from this.
It was Majors who called 911 and requested assistance at their apartment. I am curious as to what he reported was the issue in the 911 call.

All it takes in an accusation and a guy can't win in scenarios like this. Nice pay day.
It actually takes evidence or multiple accusations. In this case, though, since there’s video, it should be an easy “win” — if that’s what the lawyer wants to go for.

His lawyer claims they have video of the incident and witness statements.
