The attractiveness versus niche thing is an interesting dynamic. Drop dead gorgeous people aren't really *that* common, but the magic of the Internet lets us see so many ridiculously hot people on a regular basis. Our brains become accustomed and eventually pretty people fail to impress quite so much as they used to. In the meantime, a person finds they have some other itch that isn't being scratched. Maybe it's obscure, but for any content creator who is good at scratching it, due to the magic of the internet -- even an obscure itch can be shared by enough people to make it lucrative for someone particularly skilled in that area.

I actually saw a discussion of hired help for OF on Reddit yesterday. According to the content creator on the thread, there are people who offer to do it, and some folks probably do farm out the interactions, but she doesn't think it's very common. According to her, the third parties want a big cut and it will likely be pretty clear pretty fast that it's not the actual OF person responding; word will get out and the brand will be ruined. I have no idea how true any of that is.

Reddit is where they all seem to congregate. I would think that they’d ne d a good camera person as well.

Maybe they should employ chatbots or chatgpt for talking to users.

Woman I went to college with has a profile and is an active content producer. She makes 20k a month in a bad month. She’s also a 10, so that helps.

Are ordinary people really creating content for this website? Aren’t they afraid that their friends and colleagues will eventually find out about this?

Just like with everything else, it is a 1% economy where the vast majority of accounts barely make anything at all.

The new economy is insane: as I understand it, top OnlyFans creators easily make seven figures a year. And these girls are like 22.

I’m not even that old (40), but I remember when you had to get into Harvard and then grind out 100-hour weeks for a decade in law before making that kind of money.
