I actually saw a discussion of hired help for OF on Reddit yesterday. According to the content creator on the thread, there are people who offer to do it, and some folks probably do farm out the interactions, but she doesn't think it's very common. According to her, the third parties want a big cut and it will likely be pretty clear pretty fast that it's not the actual OF person responding; word will get out and the brand will be ruined. I have no idea how true any of that is.
