If you're a 19 year old trying to look edgy for other 19 year olds. If you're in your 40s they look ridiculous

Seriously.

Tattoos and body piercings have been pretty common since the '90's. It's hard to believe there are people out there who haven't figured out where they stand on the topic.

Bro, you have to say that, don't you. She didn't ask your opinion or give you a choice. In your case, it's actually a really "in your face" example of your wife dominating you.

It's idiotic performative one-upmanship of non-unique group-think "individualistic expression" because everyone's gotten thoroughly tattooed with pseudo-kanji that they can't understand.

There are only three holes on a woman that any man cares about and none of them are in a woman's nose.

Whose culture are you appropriating by getting your nose pierced? And plenty of people have hair that lends itself to a hairstyle similar to an afro.

Anyway, OP- the large majority of people don't care one way or the other what you do with your nose, with some exceptions for the stuck up biddies who populate threads like these.

I like ear piercings but that's it, so no.

I suppose if I were younger I'd also be into navel piercings.

Mostly trashy. A woman may or may not be attractive - the nose rings just make the attractive and trashy or worse, unattractive and trashy. As you can see, either way, there is no upside.

This post reminded me that I had my nose pierced for a few years in my mid-20s. I honestly forget about it!

I stopped wearing it when I graduated from grad school and got a real job. I had a great nose for a nose ring, though.
