I would if I knew but I have no idea. I am well versed in how things work in FCC though, just no longer in that loop. If it's a fight between middle schoolers I'd say just be grateful it's not a teacher getting arrested for fooling around with the kids. None of this is exclusive to FCC by the way.
Rumors around the MS are that it's a sexual situation between two kids, but very unclear on whether or not it was consensual or not. Which is kind of a big deal. If it's not - if it's assault - parents DO deserve the right to know.
