She has good intuition. Her spidey sense was right. Maybe that comes from being an addict -- when you are an addict, you become an expert in noticing things so that you can exploit it for your own addiction (and hiding your addiction).
I still hate how squeaky her voice is at times. But, she was spot on tonight and I'd love to see her make it to the end. She shows loyalty, ability to keep her mouth shut re: idol (never thought she'd be able to do that), she showed strategy. She was a dark horse, but now people are realizing they underestimated her. And I'm so glad she went for Danny --- he's a HUGE threat! I thought she might take the "easier" route and take out Heidi. The smart, but risky path was to go for the jugular and take out the biggest threat: Danny.

That was such a bold power move. I was so proud of her. I just hope Carson was worthy of it, and that it hasn't put a big fat target on Carolyn's back. The other women cannot hold a candle to Carolyn's gameplay.

I’m this PP. Reading this back it comes off as rude and judgmental and wanted to apologize preemptively. What I should have said and meant to say is initially I found her a bit grating. Then I saw she was a counselor and wondered if she had a history of drug use herself. Then I considered her with more compassion, as I should have done originally. Then she totally proved it because she has been amazing.

I have loved Carolyn since day 1. Her quirks are like those I've seen in addicts and former addicts. Knowing that she emerged from that kind of past makes me love her even more. Plus she is a straight shooter and has a great b.s. detector. I want to be her friend IRL.

Has she said what kind of drugs she was into? She gives off the energy of someone whose circuits might have been confused by meth, but who knows. (I really do like her -- and she's definitely smarter and more perceptive than I initially gave her credit for.)

Carolyn just posted a video on twitter to answer some of the most searched questions online about her. She says she has adhd, is not autistic. She is a very unique person and I would like to keep watching her on Survivor.

I saw an extra scene where she discusses why she says everything she feels. Before she was sober, she held everything in and she has learned it's healthier to let it all out, feel all the feelings.
The scene with Danny and Brandon makes me think ADHD, because I would have reacted the exact same way -- trying to interject, but then giving up and just stuffing my face when they continued to bro out and ignore me.

I’m trying not to read the thread in case there are spoilers here. I was really put off by her at the beginning because she was so weird. But then I started to relate to her and how she copes with small talk, and how she is simply talked over and fades into the background. Those awkward moments were everyone is just talking and she’s sitting there looking from side to side is me. I think she overcompensates and it comes out as being weird in social situations. I wouldn’t say she’s introverted, but I am introverted and I feel the way she describes feeling.

She's SO hard to watch, and while I don't have any addiction problems personally, I cannot imagine her being comforting to those that do as a counsellor. I'd imagine you'd want calm, stable energy for someone in that role, rather than her frenzied unpredictability.
