By 'at rish hour' I mean all afternoon every day. It costs a 3 minute light cycle to every driver turning onto NB 16th st everyday, andd it's completely illegal.

S/o what about the food trucks in DC? Do Those have health and safety checks? They’re parked in front of restaurants, they are bumper to bumper on the mall (and are a huge eyesore), the trucks are old and putting out all the propane or gas emissions.
