Tabouleh or chickpea salad. Tastes best with a ton of lemon juice.

Do this. So handy to have ready to go.

I buy a bag at Costco and have my kids juice/zest them.

OP here. Thanks for all the posts! I'd like to hear more from folks who made the recipes listed with out the zest like 12:12 did. The lemon chicken piccata is without zest but only uses 0.25 cup. I have a LOT more than that!

Lemon curd! The recipe I use calls for zest, but i much prefer it w/out. I also make crepes…and spread the lemon curd on them…delicious!

I put it in my water. so so much that I buy the 2-packs from costco. But I like my water pretty lemony
