I'd let my kid sleep. The cough and congestion are likely to interrupt her sleep no matter when she goes to bed; let her get her rest when she can.

If she has a cough/congestion/etc then she's probably waking overnight bc of that. A humidifier helps a ton. I'd probably let her sleep whenever she wants, esp if she has a fever at all.

Sick kids sleep. But, I'm also a sleeper when ill. If they feel miserable, they’re probably going to have a restless night sleep as it is, so I don’t punish them for that by keeping them up through the day.
