The perfect bowl...
Half-spinach, half-splendidgreens
Half-scoop of white rice, half-scoop of lentils
2 scoops of roasted eggplant, 1 scoop of red pepper hummus
Roasted veggies
Corn, pickled onions, cabbage slaw (sometimes I add in olives or pickles or tomatoes)
Balsamic date dressing on the side

Half-scoop of white rice, half-scoop of lentils

My husband doesn't like it either. I'm not sure why Chipotle is okay but Cava is not.

Do not skip the pickled onions when choosing toppings. They are fabulous. I always get the brown rice and spicy lamb meatballs, but the other meatballs are good if you don't like spicy.

i use the spicy lamb meatballs to basically make a gyro. pita, tzatiki sauce (i can't spell it), feta, kalamata olives, pickled onions, yogurt dill sauce, cucumbers and tomatoes
