Bingo. That’s the problem with these DEI roles. The organization is kind of just trying to check a box and many people attracted to the role are looking to make deeper, more meaningful change. Can feel very limiting and frustrating if you don’t get the autonomy and buy-in needed to succeed.


Nah. There is NOTHING APS won’t do right now in the name of equity.

Bingo. That’s the problem with these DEI roles. The organization is kind of just trying to check a box and many people attracted to the role are looking to make deeper, more meaningful change. Can feel very limiting and frustrating if you don’t get the autonomy and buy-in needed to succeed.
