NP. I'll never understand why architects/owners like garages that eat the front facade. It looks like there's room on the left side for a driveway and side garage entrance, if they'd just flip the floor plan.

It's gorgeous on the inside though. I don't love open first floors, so I wouldn't buy it, but plenty of others will love it.

It's next to an elementary school, and a few blocks from a synagogue. A buyer might love the conveniences.

It reminds me of some confusing combination of Tudor and modern style. It backs up to a school and is right on an intersection.

I don’t imagine this outdoor strip light look will go over well on Arlington. What’s the term? Light pollution?

Would be hard pressed to pay 800 for it let alone their asking.

That would get you the lot. Maybe.

Is there some zoning rule that requires parking for 2 cars?

You couldn’t fit 80% of modern vehicles in these. I’d rather have a single wider garage door than these two separate doors that could only squeeze in a Toyota Yaris.

Looks like a small church or cathedral.

My only concern is the width of the garage openings.

Because the home didn't sell & close until more than 5 months after being listed and because it went for a slight discount, my opinion that I like it is probably a minority viewpoint.
