Wait until college or right after. Not as busy as the crazy high school schedules and better equipped to deal with the pain and recovery.
Also, much easier if they're not impacted, only need novocaine, not anesthesia, quicker to heal.
I had mine out at 39 and took 2 days to recover (surgery Friday, back to work Monday, also 4 kids at home)
