Right. I recall when I was young our generation was referred to as Generation Y, and then as we got closer to the year 2000 they switched to millennial. So perhaps the “Alpha” generation will end up being defined as something else.
It also seems weird to me that my kids who are 2.5 years and 2 years apart would be considered in different generations. Perhaps the one born before 2010 (even though her bday is at the end of 2009) would be separate from the siblings both born in the 2010s.
