Curious what it said. I am noticing some of mine get deleted too despite being mild content. This place is becoming like Popville

Then I supplement where I’m regularly coming up short (usually in calcium, potassium, vitamin k and vitamin e.) Or in some cases add things to my diet like cheese, nuts and avocados, but I find that harder to sustain, tbh.

B12 because I was deficient and it gave me back some energy
Magnesium because it helps with my afib
Vit D because I become deficient in the dark half of the year

We take a Vitamin for Women or Men Age 50+. We have also taken Airborn each morning since Covid started. I take Fish Oil some nights.
A daughter who lives with us and has a disability take a Liquid Iron Vitamin with B12 and Vitamin D3 in the morning. She also takes a Fish Oil liquid at night. She says she often feels stiff after a good night's sleep, but given her work there can be a reason. Still moving Fish Oil to night from morning recently seems to be helping with less early morning complaining.

Post 60? That's probably not a good idea. You likely need D and B12 just to start.
Even though there is no evidence they help?
Vitamins and supplements are unregulated and studies have shown multivitamins are not helpful. Why should we buy expensive vitamins when there is no guarantee they are helpful.
