So, no waking up, but extra fat so you gain weight. No gracias.

You don't actually think fat makes you fat, do you? Are you in 1993?

Coffee doesn't need anything extra to get you to poop. Nobody else poops after their morning coffee?

Caffeine is a natural pooping agent, no?

Some people need extra help from olive oil.

Really old people?

Haven’t keto folks been doing this for ages? Sheesh. I remember coconut oil in coffee ten years ago. This guy is a Johnny come lately.

The name sounds like those gross weight loss potato chips from the 1990s. Olean I think.

Olestra. Olean is a town in western NY state.

LOL I remember that stuff. There were no warnings. I are some chips and nearly exploded.

Yes, they put a pat of butter in their coffee.

Or MCT oil or coconut oil. Google bullet-proof or mammoth coffee. I drank one once at Whole Foods and wasn’t hungry for hours, I have to say.

Olean was the brand name of Olestra.

I love olive oil and I love coffee. But I would never drink the two combined. Also the name is off-putting. As one PP said, it sounds way too close to "Olestra."

After reading this thread, I may give up my coffee habit.
