I was going to have her contact the music department with her videos and express her interest in studying music (voice) as double major with English or History. Also, to ask if she might take a lesson. I like all of the ideas to drop a line to the regional admissions as well as the main admissions officer to emphasize interest in William and Mary and to ask about any further dates for tours.
I will have her take a look at the CDS as well.
