you will never get the smell out and it being there encourages her to do it again.
we've had to throw out soft furnishings- a few silk cushions and a whole beanbag because our cat peed on them maybe once

We had a cat who peed on carpet. You can never get the smell out. The sprays don’t really work. I’d get rid of the furniture. But here’s a thought when you do. If the chair smells of your cat, I wonder if you can put it outside to deter the neighborhood cats. I know it’s probably unsightly but maybe cut it up and hide a few scraps in the bushes. I have no idea if it would work but might be worth exploring. Also, we ended up putting our peeing cat on Prozac and limiting him to our laundry room when he was unsupervised as the floor was easy to clean up.

We had a similar problem, but the cat was peeing on rugs and carpeting. We had to throw away the rugs and had a carpet cleaning company come in to clean and treat the carpet. It helped, but there's still a faint odor - as others have said, cat pee odor is nearly impossible to get rid of - and I think we're ultimately going to replace the carpet.
We used to put sheets of aluminum foil on our chairs and it kept the cat away. It looked goofy, but easy to remove when guests came over.

Cats are great unless you start dealing with pee issues. Pee issues are horrible. I would do whatever I could to block off access to the living room. And I would move the chairs into the basement so the cat doesn't have access to them anymore.

My vet told me 90% of cats who spray for behavioral reasons respond to Prozac.

Our cat peed all over a new couch, fortunately we got the cleaning warranty. They sent someone to our house (several times as this happened multiple times) with some sort of enzyme and the green machine. There is absolutely no trace, visually or nasally of the pee. I wish I could remember the name of the cleaner. It was industrial and cost close to $100 for a bottle. But totally worth it.
