+1

Babycat Brewery and Frankly Pizza, both nearby, are also terrific. Start at Babycat for beers and then walk a few blocks to Frankly (or Knowles Station). DH and I did a version of this for a date night recently and had a blast. Dish and Dram is good, too.

Doesn't it bother you that BabyCat is overrun with toddlers in the early afternoon?

I’m not a big fan of Quincy south but quince Potomac is good.

I like Quincy’s but it’s very much a sports bar, not similar to Lost Dog or Rustico.

Where inMoCo are you? The County is huge and you are looking for neighborhood places.

I live in western Bethesda. Our go-to’s for family friendly with decent beer and cocktails are Pizzeria Paradiso, Alatri Bros., Wild Tomato and Millies. All are 10 minutes or less from my house and while we enjoy them all very much, I’d want to find “my” versions of them wherever I live in case you live in Potomac, Rockville, Silver Spring, etc.
