I am always skeptical of anyone with wealth who is "volunteering" for multiple nonprofits. That means they show up, get their photo doing their so-called good deeds, and leave the hard work to the unsung behind the scenes.
The second big red flag is when they start their own nonprofit. I think every decent publication should have an automatic link in the story to the organization's IRS info.
Nonprofits are a dime a dozen now and there appears to be no oversight. So you will see people like this exploit it as nothing more than a way to make themselves look good, get some great tax advantages, claim all kinds of b.s. as their nonprofit expenses and then throw a couple of bucks at the actual mission.
As for her photo spread, I can simply point out the hypocrisy that she, "... also works with New Friends New Life, which provides services and assistance for those victimized by human trafficking."
+1 That said, this photo spread is a cringy way to go. Maybe this is a Midwest cultural thing? She looks cheesy and trashy by East Coast standards, but so does her mom in that red dress picture.

Yep, whatever it is, it's sad and embarrassing. Similar can be seen by every dime a dozen pretty upper middle class girl who thinks she's a "model" because some creepy men take "professional" instagram photos of her in LA, Chicago, New York or Miami. Super weird.

I've had sexy photoshoots done and I'm not looking for money, social advancement or social power. I've shown them to some friends and partners but mostly I have them because I wanted some pictures of myself looking hot. Maybe I'll hang one up on the wall of my nursing home bedroom when my tits are somewhere around my knees.
