Agree with you that few or no consequences are a huge problem that needs to be revised. However, it doesn't sound like this would address any issues around the arrest of the trespasser or any "revenge" for his arrest since the school/PD said it was not an APS student. Who knows if the trespasser is even an Arlington resident.
What are you talking about? The trespasser is an APS student, just not at Wakefield! And he was arrested at his home... IN ARLINGTON.
