The key, folks, is a very hot pan and an oil that has a high heat tolerance. Don't use olive oil when you're cooking, folks.

I use nonstick for eggs but stainless/multi-clad pans for everything else.

Not wealthy and we don't cook with non-stick. A non-stick is really only good for eggs, and I use a trusty old cast iron skillet instead for that.

We are "truly wealthy"

I do not have a "chef" A waste of money, B I love to cook....

None of our friends do either.

Many have drivers but not chefs.

Wealthy people don't know how to cook or clean. They have hired help do everything including drive them around.

Correct. In addition, many educated people avoid those things. However in reality - they’re pretty common across all social economic groups.

We don’t use anything nonstick and never microwave plastic. It has nothing to do with wealth though.
