Your argument is weak.

You assert that Republicans are fanatics because some Republicans want limited exceptions to a complete ban on abortions while others favor a complete ban. Yet you want unlimited access to abortions and claim that those opposed to your position are in the minority and are fanatics.

If you are correct, then the democratic process should result in passing laws which deal with the Dobbs decision.

Please understand that not all voters & citizens are as vocal about their opinion as you appear to be.

Regarding the politics of Ohio, I think Denison is pretty liberal but not overly political. We are democrats, and my daughter was happy to vote in her first election. After the Dobbs decision came out, the president emailed the community. He didn’t have any answers, but he did say, “… it is the role of the college to provide access to the health care needs of our students, faculty, and staff. Our ability to do so is both ethical and practical. According to USNews, Denison is #39 among liberal arts colleges. When it was first rated by USnews in 1991, it was in the 37-71 tier. The first time it had an individual number ranking was in 2004, when it was #49. So I guess it has risen 10 spots in almost 20 years.

By contrast, Barnard rose 20 spots during that same time, from #38 to #18. Thomas Aquinas rose from #91 to #45.
