I’ve been using the Lose It app for years. It’s the only way for me to maintain my weight loss. As soon as I stop counting calories, the weight creeps back up.

It is tedious at first, but gets easier once you have most of your entries in. If you tend to eat mostly the same stuff it gets really quick eventually.
