Hidden in smoothies - for years I did a smoothie with Greek yogurt, banana, some orange juice or coconut water, frozen strawberries and peaches or mango and then some combo of frozen zucchini, butternut squash and frozen avocado. Kids never knew

and I at least felt they were getting some veggies. I’d still always serve veggies with meals, and they did eat a lot of fruit, but I didn’t swear it if they didn’t eat too much of the veggies.
They are teens and still kind of particular about veggies. One mostly likes kale salad, tomatoes and broccoli but I figure those are pretty healthy so she basically has them every day.
