Wow really?! I hadn’t read about this.
He has a daughter from a previous relationship with a reality-show actress. He is not a part of the kid’s life and she was not invited to the wedding.
Ugh this is so gross.
“The people who this story matters to have known about it for 10 years. Carter supports this child. While he does not have a traditional father-daughter relationship with her, he has provided for her since she was born, and will continue to do so,” said a spokesperson for Reum.”

He clearly has the finances to ensure he had rights to see his child. That he doesn’t is sad. Seems like he didn’t want this child.
Even if he didn’t want her she exists now. It’s messed up and I have no respect for him.
Is a shitty involved father better than no father involved?
Wait what? A father who bows out is a shitty father.
You can’t make someone be a parent. I was responding to PP’s comment about the daughter existing whether he wanted her or not. So my question is the guy clearly didn’t want the kid. If he was forced to be in her life is it better to have a father involved that’s shitty to your face because he didn’t want you. Or is it better if this person is never in your life?
It’s better if he’s not a POS and cares for his child. He should have gotten a therapist, sorted out his regret over not wearing a condom, and then raised his kid in a loving way. There’s no such thing as “forcing” a parent to be in the child’s life so I have no idea where you’re even going with that. But I have absolutely no respect for him.
Women need to understand that men having sex with them does not mean that they want to father a child. Women need to be in BC and insist that the man should wear a condom. Otherwise? Bye bye baby!
So I guess you don’t like the idea of child support.
NP. Personally, I think men need to be held accountable for every penny of child support, but you can't expect them to be fathers in anything other than finances if they don't want to be. As long as he made his intentions clear to not be a parent but to keep cutting the checks til 18, he's fine. If that was not ok with her, she could choose to not have the child.

Well he didn’t. And this child is now 10 years old so he’s had plenty of time to come to terms with being a father to this child. And for whatever reason, he’s chosen not to. That’s an unfortunate consequence when you have a child with someone that doesn’t want said child. And it’s the kid that pays the price for being unwanted.
For someone that always dreamed of being a mother and talks about family being so important, Paris made an odd choice in picking her husband.
I honestly don’t understand the point you’re trying to make. It sort of sounds like you’re trying to blame the mother of his child for him being a POS but I don’t want to make such a horrible assumption about you so I will assume I have misunderstood and you aren’t a misogynist.
Yes, you’re making a lot of inflammatory assumptions. Have a good night.
