Since being on Wegovy and losing weight, I’ve been taken off my blood pressure and cholesterol medications. Now I take 1 medication instead of 2. All 3 are considered life time medications.

I agree and for some that makes the risks and weekly injections for life worth it. I do think it ages more than 5 years though.

Any method of weight loss would do the same though. It has nothing to do with Ozempic.

I expect to be on it for life since it’s similar to any other medication for chronic conditions like diabetes or high blood pressure. I will be pleasantly surprised if one day down the line I can come off it and easily maintain my weight loss, but the data doesn’t support that so far.

If anything, the people who are “mad” are the extreme fat activists/weight loss is fat shaming/healthy at every size extremely online and woke crowd.

How about using some actual comprehension skills. It’s NOT a shortcut. The average weight loss is a whopping 1-2lbs a week which is slow and healthy. You have to change your eating and exercise habits.

What are you talking about? These meds have been on the market and widely used for a very long time. It’s been used longer than any Covid treatment or vaccine, do you refuse to be a “Guinea pig” for those too?

I’ve taken many “shortcuts” with medications/cosmetic treatments/outsourcing/etc. The only cash is the cash price. I know you need this to be true, but for me, it hasn’t been.
