false. there were some white teen carjackers in MoCo recently tried as adults. carjacking is a very serious crime and I agree merits being charged as an adult. it is a planned, deliberate crime - not an impulsive decision of a child who “did not understand.”

How you jumped to this ridiculous conclusion is beyond me. They need to be punished, as adults, along with their parents. it's because of lax laws to protect poc that we have a huge increase in crime. everyone is getting away with everything. what do you suggest we do? Never charge a poc person again?

They were confused about what to do with those pistols so they went to a gas station and wondered if a random guy could give them a ride. The gun accidentally went off so they decided to use the car without him. Sure, perfectly plausible.
