Is it just that the ped said she shouldn't be feeding overnight, and otherwise you're okay with it? You get enough sleep with this overnight feed?

I'm a big proponent of what works for you and your family when it comes to sleep.

I read all the books and it worked by 12 months for my first kid. The second was stubborn and i was too tired to let her cry. So i didn't night wean (one feed) until well past 2. But she also nursed until almost 3 because thats what she liked.

Ferber's book has a chapter specifically on night weaning. We followed it to the letter and it worked well. Highly recommend.
